Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Booking: Eligibility: Our clinics are designed for children aged 3-13. Please ensure participants fall within the appropriate age range. Booking and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot, for your chosen session or package. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made by the client must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for a refund to be issued. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours leading up to the session. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked session time, subject to availability. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the session. You will be notified as early as possible, and a full refund or alternative session will be provided. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of participants, the soccer clinic is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during sessions. Health and Safety: Participants must be in good health. Please inform us of any medical conditions. or concerns prior to the session. Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any participant who displays inappropriate behavior, without refund, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
